Karta Purkh Kaur | After her first Kundalini yoga class in 1996 Karta Purkh Kaur had no idea her life was about to transform.

In 1997 she became a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and in 2005, she founded Colorado’s first Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Program. She teaches with infectious enthusiasm and creates a space for healing in all of her classes.
