ETP 21// A Portal to Ancestral Healing

ETP #21

Every cell in your body remembers the stories, emotions, traumas, and triumphs of your ancestors, even if your conscious mind doesn't.” ✨

This week, I’m flying solo and diving deep into practices for ancestral healing. We’ve been off the road for a while and staying in the mountains of New Mexico, so I start this episode with a little life update from The Land of Enchantment.

An incredible series of events has made us consider buying a piece of land out here. This whole experience has had me thinking about connecting with my healed ancestors, the ancestors who are connected to this land, and our reverence for them.

So this week, I wanted to share a few of my personal practices for connecting to your healed ancestors.

The episode outlines simple practices to integrate ancestral healing into daily life, discusses the scientific basis of inherited trauma, and introduces four critical practices for connecting with one's lineage and the earth. Jenner also provides an update on personal life, including the potential purchase of land for building a communal space.

Practice 1: Journaling Prompts

Practice 2: Connecting with the Earth

Practice 3: Learning About Your Lineage

Practice 4: Creating an Ancestral Altar
